Fresh vegetables just picked in fields such as Tamba, Tondabayashi, Ehime; local eggs from farmers on Awaji Island; additive-free syrup with plenty of seasonal fruits; and carefully dripped organic coffee… Tsuchi is a place where you can enjoy the farm-to-table food that our sensibility calls for, in a comfortable space designed by Kengo Kuma.
