Terms of Use

In order to ensure the public nature of the hotel and the safe and comfortable stay of guests, the following rules are to be observed in accordance with Article 10 of the Contract. If you do not follow these rules, we may refuse to continue your stay and use the facilities.

1. (1)Do not use the room for any purpose other than accommodation and eating and drinking without permission.
2. (2)Please do not take the delivery from outside.
3. (3)Do not use fire for heating or cooking in the hallway or in the room.
4. (4)Do not release the window lock by operating it.
5. (5)To prevent fire, do not smoke in bed.
6. (6)Smoking is strictly prohibited outside designated rooms and designated smoking areas.
7. (7)Please do not invite foreign visitors into the cabin to use the facilities and goods.
8. (8)Please do not move from the designated place to find the equipment in the hall or guest room.
9. (9)Please do not change or modify the current state of equipment and fixtures in the hall and guest rooms without permission.
10. (10)Please do not bring the following items into the hall.
    • i. Pets, birds, etc.
    • ii. Stinks
    • iii. Goods that exceed common sense
    • iv. Guns, swords, etc. However, those that are approved by the hotel are excluded.
    • v. Easy to ignite or ignite explosives, volatile oil
    • vi. Any other property that threatens the safety of other guests

    Please do not make other guests uncomfortable or inconvenienced by high voice, singing or fighting in the hall and guest rooms.

11. (11)Please do not do anything in the hall or in the guest room that is contrary to public order and morals.
12. (12)Do not distribute advertising materials or sell goods to other customers without permission.
13. (13)Do not bother other guests and hotels by using sleeping pills or other drugs.
14. (14)Please do not enter or force access to any place other than the hotel's accommodation and business facilities without permission.
15. (15)We reserve the right to refuse accommodations to guests whose behavior may cause discomfort or inconvenience to other guests.
16. (16)The stay of minors is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the guardian.
17. (17)Please do not leave your belongings in the hallway or lobby.
18. (18)Store valuables such as cash and precious metals in the safe in your room. The hotel is not liable for any loss in the hotel. In addition, goods such as works of art and antiques are not accepted.
19. (19)Unless otherwise instructed, the following items will be kept for 3 months after leaving.
    • Laundry in guest rooms
    • Luggage at the front desk.

    Luggage at the cloakroom.

20. (20)Payment should be made every 7th day, and even within 7 days, please pay as requested by the hotel.
21. (21)If you plan to extend the planned stay date, please pay the account up to that time.
22. (22)It is strictly prohibited to shoot photos or videos without permission from the hotel, or to broadcast or sell the photos and videos taken for business purposes.
23. (23)Please note that a facility usage fee will be added to calls made from the guest room.
24. (24)Please do not leave the room with yukata and slippers.
25. (25)Photographs that cause inconvenience to customers in the hall or on the site are strictly prohibited.
26. (26)Do not cook in the room using pots or other in-room equipment.
27. (27)A fee will be charged if the guest asks the hotel to discard the suitcase.
28. (28)Please be sure to dispose of garbage in the designated areas in your room and in the facility. Do not dispose of cigarettes or garbage outside the facility.
