We have confirmed that some accommodation booking websites currently do not support Japan’s qualified invoice and receipt system (commonly referred to as the "Invoice System").

If you make a reservation through a travel agency or booking site using prepayment, the respective agency or site will issue the receipt. Therefore, as a general rule, our hotel will not be able to issue a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice) in such cases.

For customers who require an invoice and are considering prepayment, we kindly ask that you check in advance with the accommodation booking site to confirm whether they are a registered invoice issuer.

Please note that if you choose to pay on-site at the hotel, we will issue a qualified invoice or receipt (invoice).
