Food Allergy Policy

Hotel Royal Classic Osaka strives to accommodate guests with food allergies so that they can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that meals will be completely free from allergens or safe for every individual with food allergies. To ensure the safety of all guests, please read the following information before dining with us.

1. ◆Our Policy

   We provide information regarding the use of the following nine specified allergenic ingredients in dishes served at our restaurants, café, bar, and banquet facilities
   ・Shrimp
   ・Cashew nuts
   ・Crab
   ・Walnuts
   ・Wheat
   ・Buckwheat
   ・Eggs
   ・Milk
   ・Peanuts

   If you inform us of your food allergy in advance, we will review your request and make every reasonable effort to accommodate your dietary needs, with your safety as our highest priority.

   Our chefs take every possible precaution to prevent cross-contact during food preparation.

2. ◆Please Note

   1. 1. Allergy-friendly meals are prepared in the same kitchen as regular menu items. Cooking utensils, washing facilities, and tableware are also shared. Therefore, trace amounts of allergens may unintentionally be present.
   2. 2. Ingredient information is obtained from our suppliers and manufacturers. However, we cannot completely verify or control possible allergen contamination during the manufacturing process.
   3. 3. The allergy information we provide is limited to the nine specified allergenic ingredients listed above. We cannot guarantee that dishes are entirely free of allergens. In addition, information regarding other allergens may not always be available.

3. ◆Important Information

   Guests with severe food allergies are requested to contact the hotel before their visit. Although we will carefully consider each request, depending on the severity of the allergy and the requested accommodation, we may be unable to provide meals or may ask guests to bring their own food.

   Please note that the availability of accommodations may vary depending on the timing of your request and the type of dining service (restaurant, banquet, etc.).

   After reviewing the above information, please make your own final decision regarding the suitability of our meals.
